The Registered Nurses at Mercy Medical Center will be picketing in front of the hospital to highlight the lack of movement by management in recent negotiations. The RNs, represented by the Massachusetts Nurses Association, have been in negotiations since December. Management continues to seek a wage and benefit plan that will not allow the hospital to remain competitive, threatening the ability to retain and recruit experienced nurses.
